Please Note

⋆✵⋆

I’m really sorry but unfortunately I am currently unable to ship to any countries that are suspended due to the risk of something happening to the item at customs.

You can see what countries are on suspension here.

Purchases

⋆✵⋆

I accept Payments via Paypal and Stripe.

When you have completed checkout, please check that you have received an email confirmation from Paypal or Stripe. If there is no confirmation email and the item you wanted to purchase is still listed as available, it means the transaction did not go through and you can contact me to help with this.

When the item has been dispatched, you will receive a Paypal notification or I will send you an email with tracking information to the email that was provided when the Stripe option was selected.

Care

⋆✵⋆

If you have purchased jewellery, please do not allow it to get wet and look after it carefully. They are designed to be durable, but it is not recommended that they are worn during exercise, sleeping, swimming or anything that could put the materials under strain. Items of clothing that are handmade will need to be cleaned by hand and preferably carefully wiped with a cloth.

The materials I use are mainly crystals, pieces of mirror, glass and copper as well as fabric and vintage charms. Some details can be delicate and care needs to be taken when handing items with intricate details.

Delivery

⋆✵⋆

I’m pleased to say that I can offer free worldwide shipping!

UK purchases should arrive within 1-5 working days and International takes roughly 5-10 working days. Items with a value over £20 may require a signature.

If your purchase is taking longer to arrive than expected, please allow some time for delays – especially around Christmas time. If there is no sign of your item, please contact me and we can sort it out.

Returns

⋆✵⋆

Returns are accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer must contact me first via email before sending the item/s back. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage and must obtain a proof of postage receipt.

The full value of the returned item/s needs to be covered by the postage to be eligible for a full refund in case of a missing parcel. I can only refund you up to the value covered by the postage, so if the item cost £50, then the return stamp needs to cover that value.

The item needs to be returned in the same condition it was sent in to be eligible for a refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Customs Charges

⋆✵⋆

Please note customers are responsible for any custom charges that might occur and I advise you check with your country to find out the rules on customs charges before you make a purchase.
